Privacy Policy

Last updated: 20 August 2026

This policy explains what Opti-Fuse ("we", "us") collects when you use opti-fuse.com, why we collect it, and what control you have over it. If anything here is unclear, email info@opti-fuse.com and we'll answer in plain English.

What we collect

We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and we do not ask for payment details, government identifiers, health information, or other sensitive categories of data on this site.

Why we collect it

Cookies and advertising

This site uses the Meta Pixel, a tool provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. It sets cookies and reports back to Meta which pages you viewed and whether you submitted our form, so we can measure the performance of our ads and show ads to people with similar interests. Your form contents are not sent to Meta.

You can limit this at any time: adjust your ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram settings, block or delete cookies in your browser, or use a browser feature or extension that blocks tracking scripts. Blocking these cookies does not affect your ability to use this site or to receive an estimate.

Who else sees your information

We don't sell your personal information, rent it, or share it with third parties for their own marketing. We do use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf, under contract, only to run this business:

We may also disclose information where we're legally required to, or where it's necessary to establish or defend a legal claim.

How long we keep it

Estimate requests are kept for up to 24 months from your last contact with us, so we can pick up a conversation where it left off. Records relating to paid work are kept for seven years to satisfy tax and accounting requirements. After that, information is deleted or anonymised.

How we protect it

The site is served over HTTPS. Access to submissions is limited to people who need it to prepare your estimate, credentials are stored in a managed secrets system, and we review access periodically. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat your business information the way we'd want ours treated.

Your rights

Wherever you live, you may ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop contacting you. Depending on your jurisdiction you may also have the right to object to or restrict certain processing, to receive a copy of your data in a portable format, and — for California residents under the CCPA/CPRA — to opt out of "sharing" for cross-context behavioural advertising. We do not sell personal information as that term is defined under the CCPA.

To exercise any of these, email info@opti-fuse.com. We'll respond within 30 days and won't treat you any differently for asking.

Unsubscribing

Every email we send has an unsubscribe link, and replying "stop" to any message works just as well. We'll stop, and we won't ask you to justify it.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top. Material changes will be announced on this page before they take effect.
