Terms of Use

Last updated: 20 August 2026

These terms govern your use of opti-fuse.com. By using the site you accept them. If you don't, please don't use the site.

What this site is

This site describes services offered by Opti-Fuse and lets you request a free, no-obligation estimate. Submitting the form does not create a contract between us. Any engagement begins only when both sides sign a written proposal or statement of work.

About the estimate

Estimates are prepared in good faith from the information you provide. If that information turns out to be materially different from your actual situation, the estimate may change — we'll tell you before any work starts. An estimate is valid for 30 days from the date we send it unless it says otherwise.

Prices, timelines and outcomes

Price ranges and delivery timelines shown on this site are typical for past projects and are provided for orientation only. They are not offers, quotes, or guarantees. We make no promise about revenue, savings, hours recovered, or any other business result you may achieve. What each project will actually cost and deliver is set out in your individual written estimate.

Your submissions

Don't send us anything you don't have the right to share, and don't include confidential third-party information, personal data about your customers, passwords, or credentials in the form. If you need to share something sensitive so we can scope the work, ask us first and we'll arrange a secure channel and sign an NDA.

Our content

The text, design, graphics and code on this site belong to Opti-Fuse. You may read, print and share pages for your own evaluation. You may not copy the site or substantial parts of it for commercial use without our written permission.

Availability and third parties

We aim to keep the site available but don't guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may change or withdraw any part of it. The site may link to third-party sites and services that we don't control and aren't responsible for.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Opti-Fuse is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for lost profits, arising from your use of this site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Liability arising from work we are actually engaged to perform is governed by the agreement covering that work, not by these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the site means you accept the current version.

Note for the site owner: add your registered entity name, postal address and governing-law jurisdiction above before launch, and have a lawyer glance over this if you're quoting five-figure projects. This is a solid starting template, not legal advice.
